Terms of Sale
The original paintings by the Iranian artist in exile come in two sizes:

21 cm. x 29 cm. (11 pictures total), and
28 cm. x 38 cm. (14 pictures total).

The price of the larger one is US$2,950.00 each.
The price of the smaller one is US$2,450.00 each.

These prices include shipping and handling, WITHOUT frame.

As mentioned elsewhere, this is a private humanitarian effort. It is stipulated that all sales are final. No returns; no refunds other than provided by laws. First come, first served. Once a sale has been confirmed, it will be noted as quickly as possible by us via email. Note that the original colors of the paintings may vary slightly from what is visible on our site to due the nature of image processing software and a reduced color range choosen to allow faster web loading.

N.B. We have been advised by a gallery and a collector that the complete set would be more valuable, from an investment point of view, as a set rather than as the sum of the individual pictures. Therefore, if a collector or an investor wishes to purchase the entire set of 25 pictures for US$99,000.00, we suggest that you get in touch with us immediately.

Using Credit Cards
You must pay via credit card such as VISA, MASTER or AMEX. Since we are using a third party payment service, your statement will be issued at behalf 2Checkout.com (Ohio, USA). The order form's credit card transaction is done via a secure SSL order form. No credit card information is stored at our side at any time!

Delivery & Shipment
The paintings will be shipped from Bangkok/Thailand, once your payment is confirmed by us. We will ship the goods via International carrier such as UPS or FEDEX to your address within maximal 5 working days. The shipping will be insured, your return signature is required.

* Goods will be shipped within 3-7 working days from the Kingdom of Thailand. Shipping time to the U.S. approximately 8-12 days.

* Goods and services are provided by Alloja, Inc. (HQ Bangkok, Thailand) and sold by our payment gateway provider 2CheckOut.com Inc. (Ohio, USA). No credit card information will be stored at our site!

* Products will be delivered only to the provided shipping address, which must be the SAME as the credit card address. No exceptions, unless prepaid via money order or wire transfer! 2CheckOut.com will prompt buyers for a shipping address as well as a billing address. All paintings are insured and require buyer's signature upon receival.

* Alloja, Inc. reserves the rights to reject any order for whatever reasons. Cards for rejected orders will not be charged.
